We are a "low-barrier" shelter, meaning that we do not have many initial requirements for an individual to receive services. In fact, the only requirement we have is appropriate behavior. We serve as many clients as capacity allows, giving priority to the most vulnerable including families, the elderly, and the mentally and physically ill. We encourage all our guests to move toward self-sufficiency through on-site and off-site case management services, and through referrals to other agencies for additional services.
